Miniversity is the UK & Ireland's only Computer Club with a careers education theme providing a STEAM After School Program and Holiday Camps for primary school children. We have developed instructional material which makes learning about various careers through the use of ICT fun for kids. The lesson plans for each session are designed specifically for children and with future careers in mind. We cover all university career topics using a variety of computer programs such as Windows Movie Maker, SCRATCH Coding, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Paint and more. In addition we offer Keyboard Skills, Touch Typing, Email & Internet Safety and a big emphasis on Presentation Skills, everything children will need later in life.
Michelle Owens Gregory is a Microsoft Expert having 20 years experience as a Microsoft Professional & Trainer, she set up The Computer Club, a Children's Training & Business Academy in 2011 which evolved into Miniversity Creative Learning Club, which now runs After School Clubs and Holiday Camps throughout the year in a number of venues and locations.
